At EventStory by GNS we manage every vendor at the wedding: decor, lighting, caterers, photographers and videographers, mehendi artists, makeup, entertainment and more. We brief them, lock the timings and stay the one point of contact, so you aren't chasing twenty people in the week of your wedding.
No. We are independent and our only income is the planning fee you pay us. We don't take a cut from the venue, the caterer or the decorator, so the vendor we recommend is the one that suits your wedding.
Yes. There is no compulsion to use ours. We only make suggestions, and the vendors we suggest are ones we have worked with on our own weddings. If you already have a photographer or caterer you trust, we bring them into the plan and manage them the same way.
We work with vendors we have used before and whose work we have seen at real weddings. We match them to your budget and style, and for catering we always set up a tasting before you decide.
