At EventStory by GNS, full planning means we manage four things: your guests, your vendors, your family as hosts, and the time. That covers the venue, decor, catering, guest RSVPs and hospitality, travel, rituals, artists, and the budget that holds it all together. We're with you from the first meeting to the last function.
Our planning fee starts from ₹2.5 lakh. A bigger wedding with more functions takes more to run, so the fee grows with it. The venue, food, decor and vendors are paid for separately.
Yes. Some couples hand us the whole thing. Others have already booked a venue and only want us for the decor, or for looking after their guests. Tell us where you need help and we'll start there.
Ideally a year before the wedding. Six to eight months is workable. If you're short on time, we can work with 45 days.
